I was reading a sayings book that contained only turkish sayings translated into swedish, one that I remember was if I translate correct, "Two swords doesnt fit in the same vagaina" ;D i think this is a mistranslation. even though i don't know Swedish i have to assume that it is similar to German were the word for sword-sheat and for girl thingy is the same. so i geuss the correct translation would be "two swords don't fit in the same sheat". You are accurate.

Cuman riddles * Aq qoynıñ avuzı yoq. Ol yumurtqa. "Ak koynun ağızı yok. O yumurta." (Anatolian Turkish) "The white-vaulted structure has no mouth (opening). That is the egg." * Kecak ut(a)hi kegede semirrir. Ol huvun. " ? semirir. O kavun" (Anatolian Turkish) "my bluish kid (tied) at the tethering rope, grows fat, The melon." * Oturğanım oba yer başqanım baqır canaq. Ol zengi. "Oturağım oba yer bastığım bakır çanak. O üzengi." (Anatolian Turkish) "Where I sit is a hilly place. Where I tread is a copper bowl. The stirrup." it's funny how cuman Turkic is more understandable for Oghuz speakers than modernday Kazakh is

should we use the spanish ñ for the nasal n?

Some use ñ, some use ŋ for the nasal n sound. I used to use ñ in the past but now I prefer ŋ. Depends on personal choice
