Thanks Babur and ALTAR, it was a pleasure to look at every one of them. I must say my most favorites are Timurid ones.

Bihzad is one of my favorite painters of that period - among his work I have seen so far, I love his battle miniature depicting combat between Timurids and Mamluks. Oh and his name reminds me of the main character of my favorite Turkish TV series, Behzat Ç., an anti-hero who is the head of the homicide office of Ankara Police Department lol ;D ALTAR likes that series too, right?

Interesting Pictures, although the first is cut in two pieces, but doesn´t matter.
The Georgian and Armenian warriors look like the Bulgar knights from the same period.Although their shiled are more like the Kievan Rus ones.In general the armour ir similar to the Pechenegs,Bulgars and the Rus.A Mixture between Iranian, steppe and Slav elements. I want to learn more about the Culture of this region. The Bulgars lived in those lands in between 4 and 7 century. We must have a piece from the culture of these people I believe it. Can you explain us what does exactly these picture show and something for the second one. I like your name : Attila Azeroglu .Does it mean : Attila - the Khazar ?

Description of Azerbaijani horseman named Agulani in ranks of Seljuq armies by Peter Tudebode at the siege of Antioch. "Three Thousand of those who were called Agulani were said to be present, and they were afraid neither of swords, lances, arrows, nor any kind of arms, because they and their horses were covered with armor everywhere. In battle the only weapons they used were their swords" was the commentary of Peter Tudebode, a priest of Poitou, France, who had born witness to the terrible presence of the Agulani Horsemen in the Seljuk armies at the siege of Antioch in the First Crusade." Seljuq era painting from Azerbaijan.

I can bet with everything I have that no one in Turkey currently has such historically accurate clothing regarding that time frame. I would like to congratulate them. And hope that they would join our forum.
Kilij Arslan, loved your comments btw lol.
