It's difficult posting my own paintings after Ganbat's stuff, but I'll try anyway. (they're not historical, but the fantasy is heavily influenced by history.) If you'd like to see more, here's my gallery: merlkir.deviantart.com/a steppe shaman woman singing a "night song" to ward off angry spirits: Easterling warriors for our LOTR game, heavily influenced by various steppe nations: a portrait of the last battle of Toc the Younger, a warrior from Steven Erikson's books, who fought to his death in a very steppe-like style.

Seriously, I'm in awe. Your works are obviously different than Ganbat's, but I wouldn't call them worse. The only thing that I would dare say needs a little improvement is that by comparison Ganbat is better with dynamics (I mean showing the movement in an otherwise static picture). And that comes to my mind only when I do *compare* the works. Big up!

Very dynamic movement! You should illustrate a graphic novel. You most certainly have what it takes. I also like to draw and I will post some of my work when I get the chance! I look forward to seeing more of your masterpieces.

Very nice picture of the Magyar horseman. I always though Magyars were almost like brothers of the Bulgars We have some much things in common. i think so. we are brothers!
