what if all the turkic speaking people wanted to create a new language there all the speaksrs could write and understand each other,
I would suggest that the recreate the chaghatai turkish, because in 1500 centry different turkic peolpe would write in that language ,
for example babur khan , then he wrote his memoaries , he wrote that the language he wrote in where called turki, and not uzbek or some other language, same with fuzuli he wrote in turki, or chaghatay turkish so did maghtumguli to , and mant others , dont forget ali shir nawai

hmmm if I'm no wrong there were some lingusts in Kazakhistan who were working on it. But I'm afraid my knowledge on this is verry limited.
Basicly what they do is.
Taking all words from all dialects and comparing them with old Turkic and Altaic thats how they want to come up with a language wich is understandible for all. But I doubt that there could be a language like this.
The gap between Oguz & Kypchak dialects are way to big and we should not even speak of the Norther dialects.
There could be a single western dialect & easten dialect. 2 languages are better than 25 dialects (how many dialect does the Northern count.. hmmm?)

Do you know how hard it is to make hunders of millions of people learn a lanuage. It's easier said than done.

"Do you know how hard it is to make hunders of millions of people learn a lanuage. It's easier said than done."
well , you could let them include all the vocabulary that exist within the langugues , that would make the chaghatai language much richer in words, and every body would accept it as a language, , I dont think there is problem to make them learn it becuase they already know turkish, the problem is for them to accept it as a linga franca

If all the Turkic guys learn one Oghuz dialect (Turkmen, Turkish, Azeri), one Qypshaq dialect (Tatar, Qazaq, Qyrqyz) and one Qarluq dialect (Uyghur, Uzbekh) at school, then a kind of "Lingua Franca" will be formed spontaneously.

I didnt get much form the website that you gave , it seems that nobody is interested in what he is doing, sorry to say, I dont think a single guy like him can create a language that is accepted by all turkic speakers,
if it is going to be anything then the academic of the countrys that speak turkic must all be agreed upon one solution, or accept one solution, thats the only way I think , or are there other ways to go , please do tell,
