No foreign army have ever successfully conquered all of Mongolia. Buryatia and south Mongolia are Russian and Chinese lands due to that bloody civil war between my ancestors and the rest of the Mongols.
We were aligned to the U.S.S.R. yes, but we were not ruled nor controlled by them. The "Stalinist" purges was not done by Russians but by Khorlogiin Choibalsan - who was a nationalist in his own right. However, he sacrificed too many of our people just for a chance at south Mongolia, a chance that bloody Stalin did not allow.
Only mongolians should have all mongolian lands. No Chinese, no Russian. Even though that won't happen.
The lands we should target for a full Mongolia - is south Mongolia, and Buryatia. No more, no less. YES It is a realistic goal, and YES It is the 21st century.
Now China will NOT give up south Mongolia without fragmentation. The liberation of Tibet failed, they knew that if they let the Tibetans go, everywhere else will go nuts. However, they are shaky, and it's only a matter of time.
As for Siberia - Siberia is NOT our land, we have never even conquered it, therefore Siberian people are Siberian people. If they want independence, they need to fight for it themselves.
It's not going to be handed down to them on a silver platter. Unfortunately, there are FEW, very FEW Siberian people in comparison to Russia, always have been few even during the Russian colonisation of Siberia.
Buryatia however, is our land. Russia has been quite negotiable so far with Mongolia. There are already border negotiations with the Russian government in regards to this, and negotiations are much better then what's happening with China.
Ne ways...
Fragmentation of the Empire was the beginning of the end for Mongolia. Much blood has been spilled between ourselves but our nation's independence from the Qing was the turning point of our misfortunes.
I've studied extensively about our history and current situation with the rest of the world. I see a future for our people, things are getting better and better for Mongolia. We have a new millenia for crying out loud - and this century's history has yet to be written.
Study our past and present, learn about those around us and we'll command the future.
1921-1991 Soviet Empire???
