I read in some articles that there was some Turk Nomads in Sassanid Army. They fought against Arabs in the Battle of Nehavend as ally of Sassanids.
Is there any significant info and resources about this?

That is interesting I never heard of that though, but however late Sasanians had some Avar horsemen contingents.

The Ephtalites sent their warriors to join the civil wars in Iran during 457-459 (reign of Hurmuz/Hormizd III) and 484-488 (reign of Balâš).
There were Turkic soldiers in the armies of the Sasanid commander Bahrâm Čûbîn.
During the wars between Rome (Byzantium) and Sasanid Iran, the Bulghars and Avars joined Iranian armies.
The Tokharian ruler of Turkic origin helped the refugee Sasanid prince Pîrûz by giving him troops to fight against the invading Arabs.

Thanks Ihsan, but what Altar wanted is the possibilty of their presence in the Battle of Nahavand. The comprehensive details of what could be perceived from sources concerning Peruz and last Sasanians is written in article by Prof.Matteo Compareti (dont know where I read it tho)

Thanks all of you guys, for your attention.
Especially I know some Turkic Nomads(Hunns in the Caucasus and Akatzirs) allied with Byzantines against Sassanids as mercenaries.
I really hate the articles without resources in Turkey. They had statements but no prooves. What a nuts. Just because of that I want to take your ideas which are alll precious for me. Thanks again guys.

The Yabghus of 7th-8th century Tokharistan were from the Celestial Turk Dynasty, as the descendents of Tǒng Yabghu Qaghan 統野護可汗 Uhm I know, but I haven't read anything detailed about Nihâvand actually
