I have a Nogai friend,he want to learn origins of Nogais.Are they Turkic?

So yes they are still Turkic. That is a funny question. Because as far as I know the Nogay still speak a Turkic language, don't they?

The Noghays are a group of Qïpchaq Turks who once broke off and lived under the rule of Noghay Khan.

It is incorrect to call Noghays "Turkicized Mongols".
Noghays have many Turkic and Mongolic tribes in their blood. The tribe of Manghit formed only the ruling class of the Noghay Horde.
Tribal composition of Noghays shows such tribe names as Manghit, Qipchaq, Qongirat, Nayman, Kereyit, Qangli, Burkit, Qitay, etc.
Noghay Manghits may be considered as the Turkicized Mongols, but not Noghay people in general.
