There were female water spirits in Turkic Mythology. For example, one of the numerious creation myths of the Blue Turks has one of the royal ancestors marrying a mermaid. One of the twelve Dede Qorqut legends also have seducing female water spirits. But your Garuda is a Buddhist element I guess, as the Sanskrit name indicates. By the way, you can also use the names Yamtar and Ïšbara (Yshbara) for your Turgen characters They were popular names (Ïšbara is of Sanskrit origin). The Soghdian name Never (also written Nävär, Näväär, Nivar, etc) was also quiet popular among the nobility of Old Turkic peoples.

SO What do U think about Kara Elchi is falling in love with water spirit.? My sisters say : "Your book looks tiny! compare to : Lord of Ring or Harry Potter books are quite fat. I can`t imagine heros, how they look like? short or tall?...etc" SO If I`m going to paint heros they should look UNIQUE!!! Btw If my 1st book(=1st Episode) falls(=not successful) there will be no 2nd book(=2nd Episode). So I need time & I`m going to add more details. I mean I will try to create something....I don`t know. I`m not after money! I`m after fame! I always thought that a story needs : Danger, war, hatered & revenge, sex, love, magic, monsters, gods, races, mystery, moral, treasure...etc. ;D

one thing that is cool about LotR is that the group includes a dwarf and an elf, it would be cool if the hero also has followers from other (non-steppe) tribes. dwarves are known for their axes and elves for their archery. = everyone has unique wepaons typical for his tribe.

SO What do U think about Kara Elchi is falling in love with water spirit.? Ok, sounds good By the way, for Turgen warrior headgear, you can use the upper right one you gave in the group of hats.

In My story there are Ten-gers & Zeti-gers also there are female Sex-gers. Every Mongol know what Sexger means. But maybe many don`t know who they are.(for exmpl Garid is sexger) So is it right if I add some describtion about Tenger, Zetiger & Sexger. (I think Mongols know who are Tengries. but foreigners don`t) ;D
I`m very thankful to my father. I told him that I`m planning a book.(I wished, no I wanted, no I demanded money for at least 2000 copies) At first he found it funny & said : -A book? keke..can U write?. Then he said : -If U started something just finish it. Not many ppl from our family wrote a book! I`ll give U the money for printing. ;D

Actually you can use all of them, but the Macedonian-Phyrghian cap-helmet with horse details does not look Turkic at all ;D ;D The rest are ok Sometimes there was fur placed around the helmets, sometimes don't. You should make small descriptions of the Tengers and Zetigers, just in case

I was thinking (Atabeg`s story) General Tolgabar`s son Atabeg will have 3 mothers.(& many sisters, no brothers) After facing Altai Sumber General Tolgabars takes deadly injury & returns home And he didn`t want his only son to be a worrior & go against Altai Sumber for revenge Only way was to make Atabeg a shaman. (The Spirits will demand Ihsan`s eyes) Turgen king`s high shaman brakes Ihsan`s arm & tell Atabeg to guard him from distance untill the messenger of Mother earth comes & take Ihsan`s life. But Zetiger comes & take Ihsan. Atabeg hurry to tell about it to his teacher but a big wolf attacks him.(the messenger of Mother earth was this wolf) Atabeg manage to kill the wolf but he is injured badly. Turgen high shaman tryed to save Atabeg`s life using the dead wolf`s soul. Atabeg wakes as warewolf & suck all the blood from his teacher.(=wolf can`t suck but a warewolf can) His teacher`s soul return to him & tell him to life far from ppl & find a way to cure this curse. Atabeg himself wants to kill Altai Sumber also the wolf inside him wants to kill Ihsan.(=Kara Elchi) (Warewolf doesn`t harm his mothers. So he takes mothers with him)
