It's all in Russian. I haven't actually gotten a chance to watch these yet. Apparently they mention the Hungarian Kurultai in one of them.

This is too funny. I _knew_ that bow at the beginning of the videos was Hungarian. Looks like the title scenes are mostly made up of video taken at the Kurultai. Supposed to be a series about Russian Turks, but they used Hungarians.

The Internet is just such a funny thing. I think I even found a video showing the RGO scene with the giant drum being filmed here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=7f4hRugoy-0 I bet that's their cameraman right there coming into frame at the left at 0:23.
