Sanskrit is connected with Hurrian Mitanni texts which name some Vedic gods. Some brahmins were in Syria where Brahmi script was promoted at 500 BCE when Vedas were written. The term "Sanskrit" is from the root kwrit "form. create", and means "well-formed. self-made", from PIE* kar. "Britain" is from Prydain /Prydyd, Irish Croud from the same root kwrit. It came to mean "appearance. painted people" (blue woad war-paint on warriors). Irish q = Welsh p, and p>b during Middle Ages. This indicates a Sanskrit connection with ancient Britain, the Prittani.

I think you got that backwards. It indicates a British connection with the ancient Brahmins.

Maybe I slipped up. But maybe..why would brahminism have to precede the Celtic branch of PIE cultures? At 5000 BP a group was building Maeshowe (Scotland) and Newgrange (Ireland) which have similarities to Iranian Vedic buildings. Anyway "connection" is what I mean, that "Sanskrit" and "Britain" have the same root (with implications flowing from that).
