were do u get this ranks from, is there any online source,
do they use the gökturk term for princess and judge in turkey or is it persian and arabic

There aren't any online sources in English, but the Chinese 24 Histories are online (they are only in Chinese though).
The word for princess is "Prenses" in Modern Turkish. Qunchuy is not used anymore. Judge in Turkish has two forms, Arabic "Hakim" and Turkic "Yargıç".
