MMMmmmmm food. I just finished making my first attempt at congee. That's Asian rice porridge. There's thousands of variations apparently. For my next version I plan on trying Hungarian ingredients. I dunno if this is a Central Asian thing, but mmm it's tasty.

Sounds good delicious. It seems like a base in cooking; adding anything into it.
Has anyone ever tried the Beyin Salatasi?

Its an acquired taste, but it wasn't made with the traditional lamb brain How popular is "organic" stuff? In the US it is the rage, ten years ago nobody ever heard of the word organic.

Really? Well we got lots of weird food made from weird parts of animals, so I prefer staying away from non-meat stuff of animals ;D ;D
Organic stuff is also now well-known in Turkey and there is a hot debate over that.
