well nobody writes... so let me ask...
Were Borchu and Chinggis Khaan crossed in Khaan's last years, what was the reason...
It says, Borchu was the man who saved the Khaan in a war, with cleaning his blood, in Le Loup Mongol (Mongolian Wolf)... Is this true? (I heard he was not Borchu, he was Zelme.)
and one more thing, what does his name mean? Iheard that it means "a man who never does wrong", "a man who knows the way" and "a mongolian meal"...

Boorchu was his name. He comes from an aristocrat family of one of the Mongol tribes. Boorchu met Temujin when they were like 15-16 when Temujin was chasing the thieves that stole Temujin's 8 yellow horses. Evfen though Boorchu isn't the one who saved Chinggis by drinking his blood during a battle, but he was one of Chinggis' oldest friends & most trusted men along with Muhulai.

Thx a lot Saran, do you know anything about their (Temujin-Boorchu) friendship in Temujin's last days? I don't know much about it. Though, Boorchu was alive when the Great Khaan passed away. They were still good friends and Boorchu was still Chinggis' 9 reliable men. When the Khaan passed away Boorchu wasn't next to him, right?
