I have read the Paul Kahn translation, but seen excerpts from other translations which are different. Which one is considered the most accurate?

Onon Urgunge's version is very good with lots of useful footnotes. And since Onon Urgunge is Mongolian I consider it the most reliable.

The best is the one made by Francis Woodman Cleaves. The translation of Igor De Rachewiltz is also fine (I have that one).
