I think that presidents of central asian countries are mainly consisted of senior offcials of Soviet Union, and most of them accept decent education in Russia. So before the break-up of Soviet union, all members of Union hold same ideology, shared the same enemy, and so on. But after the break-up of Soviet, central Asian countries, esp the members of Soviet, more or less walked the different lines. The leaders of those countries became more and more a "Emperor ". The Whole country was run by their family members rather than candidates selected by their ppls. Presidents of the Republic! Who are they? What do they see whenever they look in the mirror? What makes them so great and powerfull. Why can't I be a the leader?!
