The latest addition on DeReMilitari.org is The Mongol Siege of Xiangyang and Fan-ch’eng and the Song Military. It's a good article. You can find the link here:

Also on that page is a PDF called Glimpses from the Cairo Geniza on Naval Warfare in the Mediterranean and on the Mongol Invasions. But it doesn't have much information on the Mongols.
