Iner Mongolia has naiman tribes, esp in Horqin area. and they call themselves mongolian.Kazakstan has naiman tribes too, but they regards themselves as turks. I just wonder what the differences between iner mongolian naiman and kazak naiman?

The tribes and peoples who were united under the Mongol Empire in the late 12th-early 13th centuries were distributed all over the conquered territories of this empire, so you can find the same tribes and peoples in many different areas and among many different peoples such as the Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Kyrgyz, Tatars, etc.

I 'm not sure that Naiman tribes in different regions share the same root or blood. At least, the blood of some tribes are diluted, esp in Iner Mongolian of China. Actually speaking, some of Iner Mongolian is becoming more Chinese than Mongolian. Lol......

Of course all these tribes and peoples that made up the Mongol Empire heavily mixed with each other.
