I need to know what history books wrote about Turks during Stalin's time. Especially history books for children. Does anyone own such a book?

Hmmm... there were many books like that. Are you interested in a particular period? Because "Turks" is a very abstract concept.

As far as I observed, Stalin Era is the most studied slice of the Soviet period in Turkish literature. But I must say they focus more on Turkey than Turkic speaking people living in Russia which is a defectiveness. ::)For the Ottoman period, I think we're luckier than the previous area. Because there're many historians who study Russo-Ottoman relations and provide tons of sources. What children were educated to know about Turks during Stalin's time is a different concept. You need to find schoolbooks as primary and reliable sources. But most probably They're all in Russian and rarely translated to other languages. Sometimes you can find these kind of information in the books related with 'image studies'. Maybe I can help you with the first two if you specify in which language do you need them.
