will there be a turkic federation in the future

Will there be a turkic federation in the future, or at least in central asia were turkic states create a union?


I presume that turkey wont enter any turkic federation since two reasons,

1. Turkey sees it self as a bigbrother to other turkic states and its disliked by other turkic states

2. they will enter the Eu, probably in 20 years or so

I also think its possible for turkey to create an alliance with azerbaijan, if azerbaijan in iran gets free than they share broder and will create a union, many azeris in iran wants a union with turkey.
