Very nice, thank you very much! Temüjin Yabghu, I think that hairstyle was also practiced by the earlier Huns and later Mongols.

are you sure? i've seen this particular kind of hairstyle particularly with Khitans but never seen with Mongols, but similar. but hairstyles were sometimes shared with some other tribes. for example Jurchen/Mandchu pigtail was also used at some time by Kalmyks in europe. i don't know whats the purpose of those hairstyles exactly but it could be another form of tribal identification. also compare to hairstyles used by early Cossacks.
