But people can be blonde in the areas inhabited by Slavic peoples White-blonde or yellow-blonde? Have to say that I admire white-blonde hairs (Finnic and Baltic trait).

People can be blond without being partly slavic or scandinavian. This is true, I have an Uygur student who is part Kazak. She has light skin and light brown hair but still has Uygur facial features.

No, bro, blonde Qazaq is not common at all. The absolute majority of the Qazaqs are dark-haired. I know a lot of blond Crimean Tatars, Qarashays, Kumyks, all from Kypchak stock. I thought that Qazaqs may be blond too. Yes, they speak Qipchaq language, but genetically Tatars are mostly the descendants of settled Turks like Bulgars, not nomadic Qipchaq tribes. And Qarachays and Qumuqs have some Alanian and Caucasus blood. And western Qipchaq Turkic people (Tatars, Qarachay, Qumuq) had more inter-ethnic contacts with the Slavs. The majority of the descendants of nomadic Qipchaqs are the nomadic Qazaqs, Noghays, Qaraqalpaqs, and some Qirghiz, and almost all of them are dark-haired. Qipchaq tribes were only one of the numerous ancestors of today's Qipchaq-speaking people.

But the Crimean Tatars are also mostly the descendents of Qïpchaqs Plus, the modern Tatars of Tataristân (Qazan) are the mixture of both Qïpchaqs and Volga Bulghars.

As I know, Qirghiz people are Hakases who migrated to the modern Fergana Valley.

More correctly, the Khaqas are the descendents of ancient Qïrghïz who did not migrate to the Täñri Mountains region. The names Khaqas and Qïrghïz do look similar; indeed, the 8th-9th centuries pronunciation of the Chinese transcription of the name Qïrqïz is very similar to Khaqas: Ha-ga-si (modern pronunciation Xiajiasi [Hsia-chia-ssu]).
When the Qïrghïz broke into two and one part migrated to the Täñri Mountains, the migrators later adopted the Qïpchaq dialect. The Khaqas still speak a dialect of the Eastern or Northern Group, much closer to Old Qïrghïz, I guess.

No, I did not say that Qipchaqs weren't their ancestors. All I'm saying is that because their forefathers settled down long time ago (before the Qipchaq migration into region), the intermixtures of their settled ancestors with nomads were not as heavy as the intermixtures of nomadic ancestors of Qazaqs and Noghays with nomadic Qipchaqs. Settled people lived in cities and nomads lived in the steppes, contacs were not as heavy as among the tribes of similar way of life. Crimea itself is an ethnically complex region with various people like Tauri, Scythians, Sarmatians, Alanians, Greeks, Goths, Romans, Khazars, Pechenegs, Qipchaqs, and Ottomans who settled the region and played their role in the ethnogenesis of today's Crimeans.
