Hello Brothers and Sisters, Can you all think of any myths about mismatched eyes in our old culture? A hungarian friend of mine has mismatched eyes, one blue, one brownish green.. He wishes to know the meaning of this phenomenon according to old folklore.. before weird christian times when everything turned into a sign of the devil OneLove, Daniel

I don't know about myths or superstitious beliefs related to that in earlier times, but as far as I'm concerned, Alexander the Great had mismatched colours in his irises, and Sultan Beybars (a Kipchak Turk from modern-day Crimea) of Egypt had a cataract. During Christian and later Islamic times anyone who had those was probably viewed with suspicion, as Sultan Qutuz (Beybars' predecessor) did. But I don't think those assumptions had much to do with religion.
