Are those Buddhist terms from Modern or from Old Mongolian language?
I guess most of them are in contemporary pronunciation, but perhaps it is possible to check the old words in the manuscripts preserved in the monasteries. I am especially interested in the Old Mongolian rendering of the name of Amitabha Buddha (the Buddha of Infinite Light) given here as Awid. In Old Uighur it was Abita. I would like to compare its Altaic pronunciations since this could support my hypothesis that Proto-Bulgarians of the Kushan era were familiar with the cult of Amitabha (which is attested by Kushan relics from the 2nd century and probably was popular at that time due to its similarity to the traditional light-worship of Mazdaist and Mithraist cults of the region in the spirit of Kushan syncretism) as can be concluded by the Buddhist name of the oldest known Bulgarian ruler from the List - Avitohol/Àâèòîõîëú = Abita qulï - "servant of Amitabha" - 153 or 165 C.E. (dilom - year of the snake).
