The reason why I asked this here is because I do not really trust Wikipedia with this subject. The only thing that I am sure of is that the Tibetans took a lot of territory from Tang Dynasty China and Nanzhao Kingdom.
However, I have also heard - but wasn't able to check for accuracy - that the Tibetans conquered some of the Northern Indian States. Is this true? What were those Indian states and how long did the Tibetans remain in control?
Finally, I have also heard that the Tibetans fought with the Abbassid Caliphate. How much territory did the Tibetans took away from the Abbassids, if at all?

Their armies marched deep into China as far as Luo-yang, but that was only temporal. For some time in the mid-8th century they also acquired the control of the Tarim Basin city-states from the Tang Chinese and fought against the Uyghurs for some time. Even if they fought with the Abbasids, those must have been minor border clashes.

Some sources claim they had control of the areas that constitute the modern Indian states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
There is apparently a source where an Arab general praises the armor produced by Tibetan blacksmiths but I don't know of the top of my head where that is claimed. I will dig around and see.
