Nice video sarmat!!! His wolf pet was a Siberian Husky from what I could tell, ive seen my fair share. My family used to raise them. They are very good dogs. Headstrong and they love to kill rabbits and livestock, sheep ect. they love to run and run. Sometimes til they drop. They're actually very close to wolves. Very Hierarchical animals. I was bitten by our female Brandy. I still bear the scar to this day on my right bicep. Its nice!

Heh that's a pretty neat video Sarmat, you should post more like that! greyknightBTW... Siberian Husky, they are such beautiful companions... I saw one in Australia, not very common here, he was so majestic with his fur and was even howling! I couldn't resist but started howling with him lol, when his owner came out of the store he had the craziest "WTF" face on him wondering who's this idiot playing with his dog heh. One of these days, I will have a husky. No man can ask for a better best friend. The missus is worried however for our daughter, our cat and kitten are fine but we're not so sure about a husky - as our daughter is only a little over a year old now - not to mention our cats!

If you have plenty of space they're a good dog to get. They really do need to run! They require a very persistent watchful owner as well. I would wait until your daughter is older though. These dogs are very hierarchy oriented and a small child WILL be seen as competition within the family "pack" structure. A small nip or bite may seem insignificant to the dog but could seriously injure or maim a small child.

Running a bit offtopic, but... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cesar_milan ever seen this guy's tv program? Seems credible to me, and useful. Suby, maybe you would try and check out one of his books on dog training if you want to have that breed of dog?
