Hi I wonder for those who knows about the great seljuks, is this their flag,  The reason I wonder is that a friend is going to tatto their flag on his arm so he wanted the right one, can someone please copy the right one , the one with the coins on, I cant find them |

This is an imaginary flag first produced by TRT (Turkish national tv-radio) in 1969. The Seljuks didn't use such a flag, but we know from historical sources that Tughrul Beg's personal tamgha (seal) was bow-and-arrow (bow was a symbol of authority among the Turks, and arrows were symbols of submission) and the double-headed eagle was used by the Seljuk-period Oghuz Turks quite frequently. You can see double-headed eagles on Seljuk coins and Artuqid reliefs on the city walls of Diyarbakır, for example.

Can people today re-produce flags of historical Turkic state using more accurate information?
For one, I don't think all Turkic states used design on square cloths as "banners". The "Standard" of the Uyghurs may just well be two actual metal masks fasten on the staff with horse hair.
To be frank, the TRT designs are a bit amateur. I especially dislike the dragon flag for the Huns. It doesn't look anything like a dragon.

Only some of the Turkic states had real "flags" in today's means, and the Huns, Gokturks, Uyghurs, etc didn't use flags at all (the Gokturks and Uyghurs had wolf-headed standarts similar to Roman "draco"s).
