Is it true that some of the tribes among kazakhs are turkified mongols, becasue then I see some kazakhs they look very mongolic and not turkic at all, Not Mongolian origin, historically kazakhs are mostly turkic and Chinese admixture origins . Because in 8th century Tang china occupied central asia ,Kazakhs south area and expelled by arab invasion. However there left many Chinese and mixed with turks surrounding area. Later Kara Khitan of Chinese Liao dynasty since 1141 moved central asia and settle out there and completely mixed. If not where is the hundreds of thousand Kara Khitans and those Tang Chinese ? .Of course mixed with those turcik origin peoples .So look little a bit different than Ottoman turks and other turks.
That s why most of turks looks like Asian Chinese .Turks the look mongolic was not related to Mongolians and related to those Chinese origins. Mongols came here 13th century mostly settled in Afghan (hazaras, moghuls ) ,nowadays Uzbekstan , Tatarstan ,Iran ,Crimea and in moghulistan of Xinjian Uighur.

Nope, Chinese presence in Turkestan prior to the 20th century was very limited in population size. It was not significant enough to influence ethnogenesis in the region. Same case with the Qara Khitans, because they numbered so few. The Mongol tribes who settled in Turkestan and later got Turkified were more numerous than the chinese and Qara Khitans.
