I read in the thirteen warrior book that the royal seljuk tribe called qinik were judaists, but later converted to islam.
I think it was duqaq or timuryay or timuryaliq as he was called that converted the oghuz ginik turks into islam,

Thirteen Warrior is a fictional novel, not historical source.

The sons of Seljuk Beg had Turkic and Jewish names, both at the same time. Because of this, it has been speculated that seljuk Beg was under Khazar influence. We know that the Oghuz served in the Khazar court as mercenaries, so it is indeed quite possible that during his youth, Seljuk Beg was one of them. But we don't have any evidence to proove that he and his descendents were Judaists.
Seljuk Beg and his sons.
