Yes, I hope Before I entered university in the summer of 2002, I was a bit more interested on Ottoman History. I hadn't read much about steppe history except those things given in our course books. But my interest on steppe history rose greatly that summer and now here I am ;D

I got interested in it when i was about 13, 14 I'd say, just from research on the internet and reading books because I am interested in history anyway.

My interest started with th novels of Hüseyin Nihâl Atsýz about the Tujue Qaqhanate. OOOO How can they be forgotten? They have the best place in my bookstore. But I have read them late I think, in my high school years. From a poem of Atsiz: Ey doğunun serinleten rüzgârı! Translation: Oh, the cooling wind of east, Oh, the moon coming with me in dark. My wishes are arrows, passing over high monutains, A palace called "wish", where they hit ground. When I find the godlike heros there, I won't look back, again, Even all stay quite, Kur Sad, giving a hand, Will say "Welcome Atsiz, my son! congratulations( ).
