Has anyone watched the Attila the Hun episoda of BBC's TV mini-series "Heroes and Villains"? www.imdb.com/title/tt1160790/I liked the way how the Romans were depicted so accuretly compared with other productions where they had Romans portrayed with 1st-2nd century costumes ;D This time, they had the accurate armaments of 4th-5th centuries. However, the Huns were so inaccurate contrary to the Romans. First of all, the Huns were portrayed by probably British actors, so we had our Attila looking more like Vercingetorix ;D ;D Plus, they portrayed Edecon as a Skirr, but as far as I know, he was also a Hun. At the Catalaunum Fields battle scene, the entire battle was portrayed in an incorrect way. According to the series, the Huns first sent the Skirrs over the hill where they were cut down by real Roman forces. In fact, the battle started when Hunnic cavalry charged to Alan formations that were used by the Romans as cannon fodder. So, I would like to see the opinions of our members who have watched this episode

This documentary was f**king disaster. I adviced it some of my friends but I was extremely regretful.
The documentary has many faults. Fıor instance the elder brpother of Atilla named Bleda was poisoned, not killed. And the guy named Edekon wasnot a Skiir(A German tribe) he was a real Hunn as İhsan mentioned.
