What is the Akatzirs roots? Were they a tribe of European Hunns?
Is there any connection with Aghacheri tribe(Oghuz) ?

There are some scholars who link them but some do not.
The Akatzirs were living in the region before the Huns arrived.

They were listed in the 5th-6th centuries as a member of the Hunnic Federation with the name Agatzirii. Later, we find an Oghuz-speaking group in post-Mongol Southern Caucasia called Aghacheri (People of the Woods).
