I don't think that the majority Koreans and Japanese want to have to do anything with the Turanian identity.
Japanese are too focused on the exclusiveness and a freaking superiority complex, while "Turanian section" is only a very small portion of the Korean nationalism that has a lot weird ideas starting from that the whole Eastern Asian civilization originates in Korea and Confucious was 100% Korean ending with the Koreans-Arians BS.

Yup, and even if Turania does end up uniting Koreans and Japanese, they will force their sinofied culture onto the Mongol minority. I think it's best they stay in East Asia for the sake of my people's culture. Nonetheless, they can be friends, better friends then Chinese for instance.

I hate it when people try to re-shape history according to their nationalistic motives.

Some Japanese are still following after Hitler's "Hononary Aryan" title. *sighs* What happened to the Samurai that I can respect? Oh, I forgot, the Last Samurai is Tom Cruise ;D

Interesting to hear that from the guy whose wife is Chinese ;D But I confirm that Koreans are easy going fellows. And the most important is that they like drinking. ;D

I still possess understanding of the hate that my people have against the Chinese. Don't get me wrong it's not like I hate all Chinese, but I do not wish sinofication of my people either. Hell even this Korean dude once told me our culture is "backward" and we should embrace "confucianism".... pffft!
Ne ways the PRC is pushing for sinofication (Led by mixed Manchus/Chinese - not pureblooded Chinese people). I can only befriend Chinese who respect Mongols - who luckily, there aren't many mainland Chinese here, and if there are, they ain't Northern.
My wife is half Chinese, half Swedish but racially/ethnically/culturally being alienated from both she just became her own independent individual in her own right. Nowadays she just refers to herself as human.
