Ok.
I won't be surprised if they are Cuman settlements.
Indeed, that's a nice article.

Tardosh is pretty far from the place cumans known to be settled. maybe the city names around may give a clue. (Tarjan, bajna, tata, héreg)
Ináncs is maybe more far from the known settlements of cumans. some names around (Pere, Léh, Hernád, Csobád, bered, kiskinizs)
Djagfar Tarihi mentions of hungarians and kirgizes fighting together, thats why the name inancs and tardos jumped to my eyes when I saw these words among the kings list.

Tarjan resembles the Old Turkic title Tarqan. I can't say much about the rest because I don't know Hungarian, but I can say those names also resemble Turkic a bit.
That's interesting. Ináncs is obviously Turkic but I can't say the same for other names.
I find it unlikely. Perhaps you should look for the Khazar Empire because they carried on the Gokturk administrative system in the Pontic-Caspian Steppe (in fact, Tölish and Tardush are terms that appeared with the Gokturk Empire).
