I was looking at a book of Ahmet Taşağıl and he says Qarluq and Turgish tribes were considered as relatives of Ashina and the Bayirqu even had a khan coming from Ashina, unlikely the whole Töles tribes.
Which are other tribes that we can say were closer than other ones, part of Türük bodun?

The Qarluqs are described in Chinese sources as emerging as a tribe or group of the Türks (Gokturks/Tujue). At some point in the mid-7th century, they seem to have differentiated themselves from other Türk tribes.
The Türgish were a part of the On Oq tribal union, which was organized by the Western Türks during the 630s. Their exact origins are unknown; they were either Türks tribes that had migrated west during Istämi/Ishtämi Yabghu Qaghan's conquests, or Tägräk (Taşağıl's Töles) tribes under Western Türk rule reorganized as new tribes, or perhaps both. Our sources are silent on this matter.
During the 740s, the Basmïls (not the Bayïrqu) were ruled by a chieftain belonging to the Ashina tribe. He was crowned qaghan in 744, but overthrown the next year by the Uyghurs and Qarluqs.
The Türks were originally made up of ten tribes, with Ashina being the leading one. Their closest related tribe was the Ashide, which had marital ties with the Ashina. Later, smaller groups, sub-tribes and clans emerged as well.
