Most awesome stuff :o Though some of the Russian drawings seem to have derived originally from Osprey illustrations.

Hello ! Seriously thats a very Big Job ! Well done ! It discovered a lot of misteries to me.I didnt knew the Roman empire had so many Alan mercenaries. And funny how the Huns ended up as Vyzantine mercenaries attacking Lybia.Wow ! Absolutely impressed bY kara - Khitan warriors.Just that Volga Bulgaria existed from 7 century A.C. Until 13 century A.C. Instead of 10-13 A.C. Khan Kotrag created Volga Bulgaria inmediately after the Braking of the 5 sons of Khan Kubrat took place.Incredible pictures ! I am most impressed !

The Kazan Murza is actually Volga Bulgar warrior if i am not wrong. From which century is that ? Wow !
And also what are these Balkan farmers ambushing the Hun warrior ? Probably Vyzantines or Slavs, cause it 5-th century the Bulgars were not settled down on the Balkan peninsula yet.I guess i must ask a question for every single picture.

The Khazars - One of the worst enemies of the Bulgars.Used also as a mercenaries from the Vyzantine empire against the Bulgarian Khanate of that time.Althought we did fought them back on several ocassions.
